Very poor communication! Claims he called to cancel my first class never received a call. He agreed to do it the following day again he never showed or called. He would never answer my phone calls only would text me later at night. All I told him is he shouldn’t offer a class or be a instructor if he couldn’t provide the service because providers like me need this certification in order to work.
He tried to turn it around on me saying I was rude and he no longer felt safe with me in his establishment. The very next day left me a lengthy voicemail saying he was wrong and wanted to make it right all because I told him I was filling a complaint.
