I ordered a shirt from this on-line apparel website based on the description of the item. It was described as a linen shirt and in the details it stated the fabric was 95% cotton and 5% nylon and as being embroidered. The photo also showed decorative trim around the neckline and bottom of the sleeves. The hemline of the shirt in the photos showed it being curved.
In actuality the shirt is 100% nylon, there is no embroidery-the design is printed onto the fabric, there is no decorative trim along the neckline or the sleeves and the hemline of the shirt is straight across.
On August 13, 2026 I contacted the company by e-mail since there is no telephone number or address listed on their web site. I explained my issues with the shirt and requested a refund and instructions on where to mail it back. I heard nothing back, so August 14, 2026 I sent a follow-up e-mail.
On August 18, 2026 I finally received an e-mail from the company advising they were referring the matter to their “after sales department” who “will complete the process within the next three business days” and that “we will verify the issue and provide you with a solution.”
After hearing nothing further from the company, August 24, 2026 I sent another e-mail again asking for a refund and the address where I could return the shirt.
I heard nothing back so August 25, 2026 I sent a final e-mail advising I was reporting them for false advertising and poor customer service to the Better Business Bureau and on social media.
