I bought Lindsay windows from *** Exteriors (installer) in Jan 2022. The contract said the windows would come in mid-July 2022. But it's now 9/21/2022 and my windows ain't arrived at *** Exteriors for installin'. Every two weeks Lindsay keeps givin' a new date for delivery, and now my windows are 10 weeks late. They can't even stick to a delivery date.

In May , I gave a ring to Dun-Rite Exteriors in Wausau WI to get my dining room window replaced, which is still under warranty. They assured me that it was covered and would place an order with Lindsay W&D. But guess what? It's already August 3, and there's still no sign of the window anywhere! I've made FIVE calls, but Dun-Rite (the installers) keep getting the runaround. No answers, no response, and they haven't even acknowledged a delivery date. I'm in desperate need of help here!

I got a picture window from Supreme Windows and they got it from Lindsay Windows in ***, . They put it in on March 9, 2022. The window wasn't the right size, so they ordered a new one from Lindsay Windows. I've been waiting for the replacement window for 6 months now. I think they're just giving me excuses because it's a replacement and they're not making any money. If they don't want to replace the window, they should just give me my money back.

We're building with Kaerek Homes in WI. We upgraded to better windows they offer, Lindsay Windows. The frame of patio doors is too short. The inner casings have been rippling since Jan, when they were installed. Our builder has been trying to contact the installer since Jan, but no response. Now we have chips, cracks, and scuffs on the outside, and we don't even have occupancy yet. These windows are completely faulty in many ways, and I don't trust this company to provide windows for my home anymore.

We got these home windows from Lindsay Windows in *** and they're supposed to be under warranty. We've been trying since May to get them to fix the issues covered by the warranty, but they haven't done it yet. They keep making excuses for not helping us, and the latest one is that they fired an employee who messed things up. I've been trying to find out where my windows are, but they never call back. They keep avoiding my calls and not fulfilling their written obligation to me. Can someone please assist me?

We bought our Lindsay Windows from *** Lumber a few months back. One of the windows broke when they were putting it in, like three weeks ago. We told *** and they told Lindsay Windows. We've tried contacting Lindsay Windows like three more times in the past three weeks, but they haven't gotten back to us. The siding guys are supposed to come next week, but we don't know what to say to them because we need a new window before they can do their thing. We might have to cancel the siding company. Seriously, what kind of company takes more than three weeks to return a customer service call?

In January , I had a problem with my new windows. Rain somehow got in between the glass panes, and I reached out to the glass company for assistance. They redirected my service request to the manufacturer, and I've been trying to resolve the issue with them ever since. I've been constantly fed lies, and I'm honestly tired of it. The window definitely needs to be replaced, but their so-called customer service representative, Heidi, keeps insisting that there's another problem at their California facility. To make matters worse, they don't even answer their phone anymore, and when I try to leave a voicemail, it doesn't even work. This is a major problem that needs immediate attention. On one occasion, I managed to get through to the main office, and they assured me that the matter would be taken care of and the higher-ups would be informed. But guess what? That was just another lie.

In 2018, we built our house and had Lindsay Windows installed. The screens ain't been fittin' right since they were put in. Then in 2020, our big picture window needed replacin' and ever since, it's been leakin'. When it rains, we got puddles comin' in. I got pictures to prove it. The glass is in and the screen parts too. They scheduled the installation back in June . But since then, they've rescheduled three times and never showed up or called! It's now the end of October and still no installation. This product is just not acceptable, and their customer service is terrible. No customer should have to deal with unusable windows and water comin' in. I want this job finished or my money back for the windows so I can hire a company that'll actually complete the work and stand behind their product! We're at a point where we just want our money back 'cause we don't trust 'em to do the job right.

I spent like $10,000 on windows from Lindsay Windows, LLC and one of 'em has been messed up since they put it in 2 years ago. They've replaced the sash twice and it still don't seal right. The window installer, Clear Choice Windows, said it was a factory problem, so they had a rep from Lindsay come check it out. First time they were supposed to come, no call, no show. I had to call 'em myself and they told me when the next person could come. I had to miss work AGAIN and guess what? They didn't show up AGAIN. So on the third try, I got to pick the time and finally someone showed up! They said the sash was too short and ordered a new one. But it's been over 3 weeks and I still ain't got it. The last two replacements took months to get to me. This is some unprofessional stuff! I want $600 for the two times they didn't show up. I shouldn't have to miss work 'cause they can't figure out how to schedule and keep appointments. It would've been different if I could've picked the dates, but nope, not an option.

I had a window replaced in October with *** (contractor) using Lindsay Windows product. After inspecting the window in June , I noticed that it did not open fully and with resistance. I discussed this with *** and they referred me to Lindsay Windows since they felt it was not an installation issue, but a product issue. I contacted Lindsay Windows for a tech to come out and inspect the window. They did come out to inspect in June and found that the bottom sash of the window needed to be replaced. I still do not have the bottom sash replaced. Every time I email them about this issue, they say that they will have the tech schedule time with me. When we schedule a time, I will get a call the day of (or not at all) saying they need to reschedule. The owner of Lindsay Windows called me three weeks ago and said that they would fix this issue and would call me that week to schedule the install, I have not received a call yet. I have email documentation of all the emails I have sent to them and the responses that I can share. It has been 7 months now since they first inspected the window and determined that a new sash was needed. The amount of time and energy I am putting in to schedule this sash fix is outrageous.
