Lincare Redding CA review: Complaint

This is the worse company I have I ever had! My doctor ordered a mobil wheel chair 6 months ago and last time a talked to mobile my papers were in and my Anthem insurance had ok the 80% of the cost and now I was waiting to get my chair ordered. Now mind you this has taken me 6 months to get to this finally. Now today I called Lin care mobil and they told me that my anthem blue was not on their list of insurance company that they deal with! Can you see why I am complaining to you bbb. I am disabled with spine problems and after 6 month's of talking and sending all that was needed.

I am still without a wheelchair that I real need. I am disabled and can't walk with out the serious pain I always have.
I am 75 years old and they do nothing to help me, each person I have talk to gives me different answers. this is poor policy, kindness, and treated with respect!
