Lilium LLC formerly known as Echte Properties, LLC review: May 30th 2023 False Address claimed 4840 Drew Avenue Minneapolis MN 55410

On May 30th 2023 Lilium LLC owner living in South Dakota filed an Annual Reinstatement with the Secretary of State in Minnesota and falsely claimed the Registered Office address is 4840 Drew Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55410.

It appears that Lilium LLC does not currently operate at any physical address in Minnesota while claiming to be a Minnesota business.

Minnesota state law requires a business to register a physical address that the business has the legal right to use.

Both the Secretary of State of Minnesota's Office and Minnesota Attorney General's Office confirm that it is unlawful to register an address that is not valid and referred this complaint to the FTC, a federal agency who they said engages the Minneapolis FBI to investigate issues in Minnesota.
