On the Date in question Jan 12th We moved into our unit without any problems until the next Day Jan 13th when we tried to open unit wouldn't open only 20 inches due to blockage from table we had now opened we found to our anger that our unit was Breached from the Top whereby our unit didn't have the required wire mesh to prevent our unit from being Breached in the First Place We went down to make a complaint to management be he insisted no one Broke in but we must of given the keys to someone we then made a police report we the 75th precent in Brooklyn report number is 2628 report made Sunday Feb 12th, we were very Angry because we have another unit Bigger 1072 for 3yrs without any problems until we rented the smaller one am very Disappointed in the way we were treated as if we had family members of strangers have access to our unit. I was even told by the manager that I reported to them that I left my unit unattended and walked away I asked show me the report of course he could not because I never made such report. My unit was gained from entering the unit from the Top using the storage Ladder which has a crawl space for someone to enter On Feb 12th after the officers left I placed the Ladder near my unit went up to the top taken pictures of units to the left and right of my unit and found out that my unit is the only on not protected with the chicken wire as of the Date in question our unit is still vulnerable for Theft, what if anything how will we be compensated in this situation no one has made any attempt to reach out to us and we were told someone would be out to investigate in 48hrs we're still waiting. I like to find out if other people whom had this unit in the past experienced what we went through thus is Totally unacceptable for your Business to operate this way, my name is Ralph viney [protected] We would like to receive some Type of Response to Resolve this matter...!
