An initial investment was provided for the startup - Small World Solutions (SWS). SWS evolved into Lifestatus360. The investment was made in good faith in 2012. Several requests were made for the monies by the investors. The request was sent to and acknowledge by Christopher J. Mead, a partner of Cooper, White & Cooper LLP, and Justin Bustos, a litigation attorney at Dickinson Wright LLP, and directly to Christopher R Scaramastra, the owner of Lfiestatus360.
All requests were ignored. The investments were made by 3 seniors, 2 females, and a retired Army veteran.
Desired outcome: Repayment of the principal, the interest owed and an damages.
Christopher Scaramastra is a very unhealthy person. He has taken advantage of what he can do through his business like tap into people's phones and emails and anything else. He acts like he's helping you to see if someone is using your identity when really he is snooping into your personal information AND then transferring that information into his personal phone and computer. I FEEL THAT HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE A PART OF ANYONE'S PERSONAL INFORMATION. I cannot express how exposed I feel every time I get on my phone I know he can see everything I do on my phone, cause I am not phone or computer savvy to figure out how to completely BLOCK him out of my phone, emails etc...and his former employee Dave he hits the nail on the head when it comes to Christmas Scaramastra good job Dave. Then the high school gal x friend that has 7TPO'S on him well she's not the bad guy he just didn't like rejection and so that says a LOT when someone orders 7 TPO'S against YOU. Duh freak show
STOP BLAMING EVERYONE ELSE CHRISTOPHER SCARAMASTRA FOR YOUR OWN DEMISE YOUR NOT ALRIGHT AND SOMEDAY YOU WILL GET THE BACK LASH OF ALL OF THIS. GET MY INFORMATION OUT OF YOUR PHONE AWAY FROM ANYTHING ABOUT YOU PERIOD OR I AM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION
