Personal Identifiable Information (PII) data must be managed by and guarded by ethical and honorable people and companies. That is why there are security protocols and required background investigation by all who handle companies' PII data. Attention to detail is paramount. LifeStatus360 handles PII information for companies, large and small. Those companies depended on attention-to-detail and secure operations.

For almost two years, Chirs Scaramastra, the president and owner of LifeStatus360, has hidden his shameful, disgraceful, and criminal behavior from LifeStatus360 customers. With multiple arrests for; DUI, he was driving without a license, failure to report accidents, trespassing, stalking, harassment, and obstructing and resisting offer and flight. And possible gambling issues.

These are not behaviors customers want from their data provider while managing and overseeing their most precious and sensitive information; Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

On 12/06/2021, the City of Reno caught up with Chris and sentenced him:
For the DUI Alcohol and Drugs charges, Chris Scaramastra was found guilty and sentenced to:

1. DUI School Level 2X, Complete DUI School Level 2X (26 weeks)
2. Victim Impact Panel, 12/06/2021,
3. Community Service Hours: 48 HOURS - CTS 12/06/2021 - 12/06/2021,
4. Obey All Laws, D2 12/06/2021, Active 12/06/2021
5. No Alcohol, Drugs, Para, Proh. /Cont. Substances, or W/O RX, 12/06/2021,
6. Marijuana Use Prohibited, 12/06/2021, Active 12/06/2021
7. Breath Interlock Device, 12 Months; Upon reinstatement of driver's license
8. Sentence to Confinement
a. Agency: Washoe County Jail
b. Term: 120 Days
c. Suspended: 2 Years

That might be doable for a large company, but Lifestatus360 consists of only two (2) people, both working remotely. So now it is down to one person while Chris is away working on himself. How much service and diligence can one person do?

LifeStatus360 service and reliability have suffered during this period because of Chris Scaramastra's lack of management, security, and personal behavior. No telling how much monies Chris has cost his customers for not doing what Lifestatus360 was contracted to do.

Desired outcome: We recommend that current customers drop their contracts and look for a more reputable, dependable, secure Death Audit and Life Audit Services provider.
