Liberty Life review: Just do their job and pay my claim today

Thanks Hellopeter for their service. After my first complaint about my disability claim I'm still wating for Liberty to finalize my claim. A Complaints Resolution Specialist is helping me now but still no pay out from them. According to Specialist the accounting must still calculate the amount payable to me. After the claim is taking longer than a month now. They still need 2 more days to just read what is already showing on my RA contract. Still very poor service from Liberty
