Liberty Community Homes – Newly built house.

Contractor, Cody Collins, working under Liberty Homes out of Georgia built my driveway 8 feet encroachment onto the neighbors property. Knowingly! Sold me the house without any notice of the potential for encroachment. I was told the line went down the center of the land between the driveways. Neighbor is requesting the driveway to be removed. Upon checking and a survey, he was correct.
