Dear san,
Their are couple of issues after delivering the above mentioned product to my house.I purchased the product from PAI international, Mangalore, Dakshina kannada.(tax invoice no:051630)the said product was delivered to me on 1st of nov by evening 7.30 p.m.At the time of delivery i noticed the product which is packed in the carton is completed peeled and the packing was not in a satisfactory manner as if they brought me a seconds from the company, when i enquired the delivery man he told only the outer carton is damaged and inside product is perfect.but when i opened the carton it was disappointing, the entire body is accumalated with dust.it was so shocking, a product from a reputed company whether they will deliver in such a condition.bcoz as a customer we are only seeing the external body and cant go through the internal technical things.next day by 11.45 a.m lg service person came to give me a demo, but unfortunately the permanent connection was unable to give due to lack of external tap connection, he explained me the working principles and left.i started operating the washing machine by 7th nov, sunday.but next disappointment for me bcoz of lg product.just after couple of minutes working water leakage started from the front right bottom, called as the drain filter...water is dripping, i stopped the machine and pulled out all the clothes.immediately informed to customer care for a better support.The first person MR.ashwin who attended the cal was not in a polite way to enquire about the complaint as i was talking over the phone he disconnected the line, the next call attended by MR.Pinto, some how i explained my problems and he said that with in 2hours you will be called by one of our service engineer and given me a complaint login number(c10b0707674)but the commitment not fulfilled yet, its almost 4 hours over and nobody called me.i got assistance from one of my lg known person in kerala MR.Shaji he gave me the proper assistance...if it does not serve customer problems, why do you want a customer call centre which you mentioned about 24/7.feel pitty on L.G.company by making customers fool of their phone calls.
i have severe doubt on the quality of lg product, by today i had noticed few scrathes on the front panel, just adjacent towards all the led bulbs placed to indicate about the spin and temp.this is a very serious issues, i need an immediate sort out of all the complaints.From the date of delivery, and the day my first use one or the other trouble occuring.as i said you earlier i doubt on the product which is fresh box piece or a seconds from the company.let me tell you one thing my earlier machine was IFB and from three years their were no complaints at all.why then the L.G is giving very bad impression to customers?think i made mistake by changing the IFB.
As a dissatisfied customer of you iam looking for an immediate replacement with a better fresh one, After all the quality inspections from your end.since the machine is just 1 week old.awaiting your response at the earliest.
