LetsMakeMoves is now not responding to e-mails, phone messages, or text messages for 5 DAYS. It has been 32 days since deposit paid, and I don't even have a pick up date.

In "last seen today" they are checking Shiply daily, still doing business despite having to cancel 1 customer and unable to make my delivery (see below). I think they are bidding on everything, collecting 50% payment, with no consideration to their schedule or other contracts. What are my options?

In viewing recent feedback, they are still operating (made delivery before July 18) but that feedback indicates they cancelled twice.

In another feedback left on July 13:

July 23: listing, specified June 24 to July 15 delivery

July 3-5: scheduled pick up, LetsMakeMoves never showed, rescheduled for July 11 (July 11 and 25 are recurring dates)

July 11: never showed, LetsMakeMoves disappeared, person complained to Shiply

July 13: negative feedback left

July 14: LetsMakeMoves responded, stating they have their kid every other weekend (recurring excuse, but they know this ahead of time, and isn't a reason for no response) and relative died (which if true didn't keep them from delivery before the 18th, so not really a factor here).

In a June 29th feedback:

June 23: Listing made

June 29: negative feedback, after payment LetsmakeMoves never responded, and never replied to feedback.

With myself:

June 24: Booked and deposit paid.

June 24: LetsMakeMoves sent Ts and Cs AFTER deposit paid.

June 25: 50% deposit paid

June 26: I asked about estimated pick-up date, replied saying they were putting together schedule that night, and will respond. NO RESPONSE

June 29: Asked again for pick-up date, note I give at least 2 days to respond.

June 30: Response said week of July 11 or July 25 (recurring dates, see above)

June 30: replied saying they have kids every other weekend, recurring excuse (see above) and not really relevant (they know ahead of time, not a reason not to respond).

July 10: contacted asking for delivery dates (possibility was week of July 11) NO RESPONSE

July 12: asked again, told it will be week of July 25th

July 21: asked about pick-up dates (said would be week of July 25th), NO RESPONSE

July 24: repeated inquiry, NO RESPONSE

July 25: repeated inquiry by e-mail, phone message, and text, NO RESPONSE

July 26 - repeated inquiry by phone and e-mail, NO RESPONSE

July 26: contacted Shiply.

Of any of my contact claims are disputed, I can provide e-mails, screen captures, etc.

Country of complaint: United States

Desired outcome: If they remain MIA or provide another ridiculously long delay (it's been over 1 month), refund all monies paid ($300 50%, and $134 deposit)
