LeMans Townhome Assoc Inc - c/o Rise Association Management Group review: Major hot water issue in toilet and no cold water

LeMan's Townhome Association, Inc is a management company that manage a private condo complex right off the 69 freeway on the Southwest side of Houston. They are not doing a great job of managing anything.I'm a real estate broker that's hired by a property owner in this complex. The owner has reported a major issue to Le Mans Town-home Assoc about a toilet in a upstairs unit that has very hot water boiling in the toilet and it's getting so hot no one can use it. Everything in the restroom is hot there's no cold water in this area. Le Mans Town-home Assoc supply the water and anything dealing with water must and should be approved by management. The unit below had major problems downstairs in the past. I'm not sure if they got approval or just repaired it on their on. I have reached out to Le Mans Town-home Assoc many times already about the safety of the tenant living in the unit at this time. They have a new person in charge at this location and he's not acting on this at all. I have filed a report to the City of Houston, Attorney General Office,BBB,News Media and other agencies about bad business. I'm not sure if management has contacted the owner below about the problem. I think management is waiting until something happen.I'm saving all of the reports that has been filed because this is not something to be put on hold. This is a major safety issue and Le Man's Town-home Assoc is not doing anything about it. Le Mans Town-home Assoc won't return any phone calls or reply back to any of the emails or letters mailed.
