Legit Maponya Mall Treatment review: Product return

Today on the 18th of February at Legit inside Maponya Mall I was returning a Jean with a broken zip. I had not warn the Jean and proof of that was that all the tags that were on the Jean were still untempered with, but when I told the teller about the return the teller and the rest of the staff accused me of damaging the zip myself. They were very persistent that I damaged the zip in fact. I am really offended and disgusted by their service and I can not imagine how many other customers have to go through the same thing. They need to be reprimanded and at the end of it all I did not even receive an apology.
