I am reporting issues with my room at Legends Hotel in Jamaica. My sister and I had only 1 washcloth from Sunday (4/9/23-4/12/23) until Wednesday. I was told by front desk staff they didn’t have any. Then, on Thursday (4/13/23) after housekeeping cleaned our room (#303) my sheets, pillow cases, and towels were wet. One towel was damp and appeared to have been used. I reported all of this to staff at the front desk and they had security bring me clean/dry linens which I had to put on the bed myself.
This was our first time visiting Jamaica and our stay should have been better than this. We paid too much money to have these issues. I hope to hear back from you soon on this matter to avoid moving forward to the next step.

Desired outcome: Refund on some or all of the hotel stay due to length of stay at Legends in an unsanitary room/environment.
