I purchased a starter kit for our youngest son who has the start of diabetes. His dr. said he has to do the weight loss on his own, so he wouldn't take it. I sent it back via UPS after receiving authorization from the company (Ref:B7AF9E9DIC).Return was signed for by Reynolds at the front desk on 6/17/22. I emailed them on 8/31/22 that I still had not received my refund. To date I still have not received any refund. I paid $259 on 3/23 & 4/8/22 as they set it up on automatic shipment. As I have proof of return of all product received I am owed $518.
