Lean Life PM — I had to close my account because of them
I ordered a sample product from Lean Life PM as advertise on their web site. The advertisement requested a charge account for the shipping and handling of the product.
However, before I even received the sample, unauthorized money was taken from my account fin the amount of 99.90. In addition, they had enrolled me in some fitness program that knew nothing about. At that time, I was able to contact the company and requested a full refund (as promised). I was informed about the fitness club and had to cancel that program separately. The supervisor explained that she would return my money and cancel any further obligations with Lean Life PM. The company did not honor this promise and took an additional 99.90 from account the next month.
This is very bad business. The integrity and professional ethics of this company are appalling. I have contact my charge account company and needed to close the account so that Lean Life PM would not longer have an account to withdraw from.
I am currently trying to work out this problem with my charge account company. Please advise me if you know of any other methods to reach the parents.
