Leaf Financial Services - Copier Leasing review: Horrible Collection Practices

Leaf Financial Services at 1720 # A Crete St., Moberly, MO, practices some horrible collection practices. Leaf provides copier financing for our copier at our office. If we are one day late, Leaf sends out these threatening collection letters from a "Collector" to our HOME since we guaraneteed the lease. The letter does not describe what it pertains to other than referencing a contract number with our company. My wife is wondering what's going on and I can't help her until I call Leaf to find out to what this pertains. I called the company and was told that this was normal business practice for them and that we should pay on time! I know they might be within their rights, but this is a horrible - strong arm business practice. Terrible customer service and lousy business practices. I called our copy company to see if they can drop this crummy financing company.
