LCRT College of Education review: B.ED course

I am Pursuing my B.ED course for the session [protected] from LCRT college, Panipat . I got admission in the month of Sept. 2019 and as i am aware according to the University rules & regulation we must pay the first installment of fee i.e 11,000 Rs + university charges in the concerned college. My class mates and me paid our fee of Rs.16000(1st installment) including university charges but we got receipt of amount Rs.11,000 only after argument with Administration Dept. Again we paid the 2nd installment of Rs 11,000 in the month of November, 2019 according to the university rules, but now we are asked to pay rupees 11,000+5000 (university charges) for 3rd installment in the month of Jan, 2020 but with that i want to remind you Sir that according to university rules we must pay only 11, 000 Rs as we already paid the university charges in the first installment but college admin Dept is very rude to all the students, we still paid only 11, 000 Rs for 3rd installment but we are forced to pay an extra amount of Rs. 5000 again in the favour of university charges and college Admin dept at LCRT college of Education is giving threat to pay extra fine also if we don't pay Rs 5000 extra. We are worried about our 4th installment (11,000 Rs.) also for the month of April as there is no fixed structure of fee in this college. This college is always get ready to make fine also against the students for minor things. Sir, we all students are from middle class family and are not capable to pay such extra amount, please take the necessary action.this is a fraud college

Also i want to keep your focus against the Teaching faculty in this college because still there is no teacher for the concerned subjects as we already did request many times for the same to college but still no action taken by them . This college also invited many applicants for admission in regular B.ED course who don't want to attend the college but want to pursue his B.ED course.

Sir this is my very humble request to you please do the needful action against the college as the future of students is not in safer side.
