L'Boyce Bridal Shop review: Prom and wedding dresses

I render the service of L'Boyce Bridal shop in Hinesville, Ga in March 2022 to make my daughter prom dress. Payment was made in full in April 2022. M y daughter prom dress was not due in the time frame she said via contract, instead we did not get her dress until the day/night of prom. My daughter dress was nowhere near finished and we were at her shop alone with 10 other girls and gentleman waiting on they dresses. She sewed my daughter into her dress and hot glued the fridges on it while she was standing there. Her cape was butchered, there was holes in the back and after her prom she had to be cut out of it after her prom. She did not get done with my daughter dress until 8:30 the night of her prom and my daughter basically missed her prom due to the fact it was over at 10pm. We are still waiting for reimbursement, but she been making up excuses and lies since April and we are now in November. Instead of paying off her debts/ clients back she is still out here claiming to be a designer and using other people money to make other people dresses and making dresses for her shop and fashion shows.
