Hello,
I have been scammed and defrauded by an individual and his company. The name of the individual is Laxmi Prasad Palapu, who is also once of the owner/partner/CFO of siriworld.com and IBSN inc.
He made me create IRA accounts and a LLC in my name and a bank account. the plan was to invest in Gold once i get the money to my LLC's bank account. After several process by IRA services i got my money transfered back to my LLC's bank account. His investment idea was to invest in Gold and hence i transfered the money to his company (siriworld.com) get the Gold delivered to me.
But he is unable to delivery Gold and hence i requested for refund. also, I lost more than $9000 dollars and its interest for nearly 20 months so far. I have been incurring bank charges for maintenance of bank account, LLC logistics and personal issues and what not. It has been more than 20 months now and i could not get refund from him. After several emails and requests he repaid only $4000. Now he is in no mood to refund rest of money. He is reachable only by email. He now owes me $5280 and never willing to refund. all his promises are just mere words. He gave several promises to refund my money but never seem to refund. He claims that he will be able to pay in instalments but never declares firm date and even if he does that he nevers follows it. This has been happening for nearly 2 years now. I have all the proofs related to my transaction and correspondence.
My attorney is advicing to file a report with FBI followed by a suit. Can i take that chance or Is there a way to get my $5280 back?

My case is different. Per my counsel, i am worth a fortune on various counts. Frankly, I gave him enough chances as we both came from same country but he took advantage of it, ignored al my requests and warnings! We are on the edge now and there is no escape and soon he will realize.

Party which owes money to me requesting one week time to repay my $5280 and agreeing to repay by 24-Mar-2014. Hence resolving it in expectation. Update: As of 04/24/2014, the party does not repay my money. He thinks that he can get away with it, but no way! He will realize it very soon! -- Update n 06/22/2015. After several deliberations the party had agreed to pay in installments and has paid the refund money in installments over a period of an year. We can consider this as resolved. However the amount of trouble, mental stress and financial loss, legal fees etc... suffered by me cannot be measured.
Why are your emails bouncing Mr. Laxmi Prasad. You kept on charging me fees as a custodian and I was never told of it. I curse you man, I curse you. You purposely gave a wrong advice and duped my money. You did not even file my state returns and stopped responding to state amendments. You will suffer Mr. Palaypu. You cheated me and many here.

after a long time i am visiting this blog. While it is a fact that I owe some money It is definitely not a fact that I have cheated. It is that I lost very heavily. I lost IBSN not because of my reasons but because of several factors associated with it. I got fully burnt in my attempt to save and save the company. I do not wish to blame anyone but my own fate for it. Finally gave up.
Then started working into Gold assuming it will stabilize my life. One Lady gave me money from the feet of Lord Venkateshwara in Pittsburgh but probably destiny was dictating otherwise. I got washed off with the gold price collapsed. Not my fault. People went bankrupt and I never got metal to supply back. I struggled to continue with it. But Sandy Storm in New Yok hit my luck further deeply.
I acknowledge there are some very close people to whom I have to return either gold or money. And I am not sure if you are all these people. To my conscious knowledge I have to pay money to very few people in number. Of these, to some I did payback in instalments and to some I am almost there to close the accounts. And to few others I have to pay still. I have never told anyone that I lost and they should lose because of the consequences I faced. And these few others not even cross double digit. And it is a fact that I appealed to these people to offer me time. Even to Rama, I have been asking him to permit me pay even as low amounts as $250 monthly to payback. I have been appealing this to him for over 2 years. If I was allowed by this time his account at leat would have got closed for me. I appeal that by allowing me to pay smaller amounts, we will reach to close at least after sometime. I am definitely working on to keep my family surviving and I will definitely not keep anyone's money. I have come from a very hard working family. And I believe in God. If I have truly and intentionally committed any wrong doing, he will certainly punish me severely. I am just undergoing a very deep and stressful life and if all of you can please understand and help me, I am ready to pay smaller amounts monthly and I truly do not deserve these writings circulating on me. There is no planned intent - there is no crime - and there is no wrong doing - My fate is bad... I just request to help me and work with me to pay smaller amounts and this is what I have appealed to Rama replying to his latest threatening mail. TO permit me remit monthly $250 and as situation improves, I will deposit higher amounts. Is this a crime? With lot of hope, I am putting this message. Please also kindly note, these forum messages have further killed my survival possibility. I am struggling very hard to bring my life to normalcy. Kindly please understand and be with me in my struggle. I am definitely not a person as is written. It deeply pains me reading all this. It is difficult for any human to bear and hear these allegations that he is not worth for... Whom I can blame? Whether the loss of economy in 2008 that saw my downfall? or the Sandy Storm? Mr.Laxmi... if you are seeing this as you must be. It is not far that you will pay for your deeds. You might have succeeded in tackling individually in having our monies to your advantage and now running home to home. How far will you run & how long? This is a small world and we are on all 4 sides to nail you down. You have put your mind into the holes of legalities. You are probably not aware what you have totally missed in the process. Keep guessing. You will realize the same day when you realize to be getting behind bars.
Don't believe in his cock and bull story. He continues to cheat people. He should be put in jail for rest of his life.

I have some facts all the way around him and his whereabouts at US and India having done investigation that this guy is not even aware. I have some live evidences (transfers/mails...aside, from real ppls like you and me i already met, that includes non-indians) and collating more. I left a note at your scam report also but somehow not seeing it online. You gave him chances because he is from India... i gave him at personal costs because he has a family to take care just like us. One string i pull.. FIB will be at his latest address (he thinks no one knows after moving from last one) and his family members names and his latest businesses will be in public. Do you know the next one he is up with after IBSN & SIRI? Ask me. Do you know his traces prior to IBSN? Ask me. Ups & down's happen to all but it all seems to be motivated and planned.
