this business does debit collections Law Offices of Robert S. Gitmeid & Assoc., PLLC , But they did not wait for me to give one hundred percent clearance on doing their job. I thought they would only take founds once a month they took the founds out twice a month from my checking this caused me problems in paying my bills.

I said up front I suffer from Insomnia and Ok send me the information to review everything. Then I was going to decide on yes to go ahead with them. But after I seen my bank statement I realized something was wrong and after working out the problem I realized it was this business. I sent emails to them and tried phone calls at wrong times by accident on my part due to the t insomnia. Once I was able to get past my insomnia I was able to finally call this business and talk to them about this. I had to talk and transfer five times before someone finally gave me the information I needed to get my money back. This was very frustrating for me and stressful. I hate getting stress out over problems like this and then I get angry at myself. Note they did send me a copy of what they would do for plan on what they would take out. But due to work schedule and personal reasons also I only did a quick scan of the information with out signing off on the agreement or anything else. I just saved the information only thinking once I was not in the Insomnia mood of me health I would review everything again and contact them. But Like I stated they just jumped the gun on me and in my confused state of mind they took the funds. I have since talked with them about this the account is closed and they are going to return my funds. But it will take three to four business day they stated. This still puts me in a financial bind with electrical and other bills in pay them off.
