law office of David M Green review: bogus foreclosure helper 16

Sorry Folks, your money is gone for good. Fraudulence Lawyer, David Green, is no longer to be found: he has vanished after disgracing his Law certificate and his family. He got me for about $4000.00. I took him to a small claim court and won. He did not show in court. I filed a claim with the Nassau Sheriff's office for Asset liquidation, David Green has practically nothing, to his name. I hope that God will deal with him in a mysterious way because this Guy is heartless.

My grandfather was recently ripped off by this bogus law firm, i don't know how these ### can live with themselves screwing people out of their hard earned money. Preying on them when they are at their most vulnerable, and on the verge of being kicked out of their homes.

This is one letter sent to HUD Mortgage Help..Legal counsel sent on Feb 3, 2012 Attn: Lori Kellett [protected] asking for some help, because I didn't know were are who to talk to..Our House was going up for Auction On January 21, 20`12At 2:00 pm You do understand that even though we hired an Attorney and were done wrong Bank of America didn't even send a notice to us to let us know our home was up for Auction... The Attorney had stopped the Foreclosure after we had tried to work out a Loan Modification with the bank our self's that's why we hired him. The first time we received foreclosure papers the Attorney stopped it, but he and the bank never worked out any kind of loan modification with us or anything, then later on month after month getting the run around and always sending new attorneys in his office paper work that had been sent to the previous attorney not sure how many different attorneys worked, well so called worked on our case..The next thing we know is our home of 25 years was up for auction and I found out by a knock on the door by an investor wanting to look inside, he told me that our home was up for auction that Friday Jan 21, 2011at 2:00 p.m. you can't even imagine how I felt...When I contacted the Attorney's office which I must have called four or five time's finally got a hold of the attorney that was at that time working our case...This is what she said to me after telling her what was going on that they were going to fax Bank of America that morning over the updated paper work but the Bank jumped the gun on them Jumped the Gun My God we lost our home, she all so stated that CHANGE WOULD DO US GOOD..can you believe that Sorry I don't mean to confuse you if I am it's just we have been through a lot and it's hard to put all of it into words to make someone else understand it.. Please let me know for sure if you can help and what's the cost..You see we lost everything so we don't have cash to pay you, the only way would be if we would win in court and then legal fee's could be paid if you know what I mean.. Green an attorney I retained Mr David Green to get a loan Modification through Bank of America, because Bank of America would not work with me on lowering out monthly payments . The reason I wanted to get the loan modification was because in June of 2008 I was diagnosed being Bipolar, after being on medical leave from Chase for several month's, it came time to return to work but Chases Human Resource Department said they needed a release from my Doctor before I could return to work, at that time my doctor didn't feel that I was ready to go back to work, so he wouldn't release me. That's when Chase terminated me after 10 year's of service. This put a financial hardship on me and my husband, with only one income I had to find ways to cut back on our budget, so that's when I contacted Bank of America for help by doing a loan Modification for us, but like I said earlier Bank of America wouldn't work with us. The loan modification that they offered us would have raised our payment's not lower them...we went back and forth with Bank of America... I really didn't know what to do after dealing with B of A..So that's why I retained The Law Offices of David M.Green, per his advertisement he would guarantee results for us... I Didn't want to Lose our home, so I just had to trust him, because I didn't know what to do..We Did Lose our Home of ( 25 ) Year's, We raised our three boy's in this house, Ton's of memories..and it was just Taken away from a fraudulent Bank and Attorney... Please help us... We Don't have a Home, we've had to sell everything we own & move into a 1 bedroom apartment. Thank You Donna Rankin

David M. Green is not actually a lawyer, he may have said he is but a Law office must have the name of the attorney followed by Esq. so that you have the ability to track the attorney by his legal business name.

I think we should all ban together and get David M. Green. He did the same to me. It is now three years later and I am in the process of fighting for my own modification. They took my money screwed up my modification and returns no calls or emails. I want a refund they did nothing and got paid for it. Everytime you call nobody answers the phone and the voicemail system sucks. I have his cell which he does not answer. The last email I sent him 12/8/11 he told me to send him a list of what Ocwen is looking for and he will take care of it. I sent him the list and one month later still have not heard from him. What a way to treat people that are in such a shape that they turned to him for help so they did not lose their houses. Now we are on the brink of losing the house we were fighting so hard to keep. I hired David M Green through the homeowners alliance for loan, although I did not believe they could help with the salary to loan ratio, but I sent them some personal info and they assurede they would be able to help me get my mortgage reduced ect... I feel like a fool. It would take weeks to get intouch with any one, every thing was through email, ' to busy to answer phone " keep changing the people handling case. It's been almost 2 years now. I have no idea what is going on. Have not heard from mortgage company. The one thing the did, at an additional cost, was when I was served with foreclosure papers they wrote a prosa answer, at an additional $250.00. I have not heard from anyone since March, I was finally able to get someone to call me 2 weeks ago, they said my case was transferd to a new company that is farming work for modifications for David M Green, but because they have not heard from me since March, my case is closed and now I. Would have to pay ANOTHER $500.00 to reopen and start all over again. I went to a lawyer in the first place because my mortgage company would not take my money or my calls. I just don't know what to do. We are in limbo. I have a Po box, and I gave them that info from the start, but I assume the letters they SAY they sent went to property address.

How do I contact attorney general? I have contacted the board of attorneys office waiting for response. Also will take to small claims courts. Scammers any once help is much appreciated.

recently chose the 'Law Office of David M. Green' (davidmgreenlaw.com) to assist me with my mortgage modification program. I should have known better than to trust a law firm that advertises through the mail, but I checked a couple of sites online and figured 'it's a law office, they are legit'. Apparently I was dead wrong. I dealt with Chris Rascionato (chrisr@davidmgreenlaw.com) from this company(who is no where to be found). I was assured multiple times about how good their service is, how great their success rate was, and how if for whatever reason they could not get a modification I could live with, I would get a refund (less the $495 'processing' fee). I agreed to this, and signed their seemingly legit contract, sent them over all the paperwork they required and waited. They told me not to pay my mortgage, and not to communicate with the mortgage company while they worked on the modification. A few month later i get a letter from the bank stating that i will be garnished from my paycheck $196 ever week, i already was not able to aford my mortage and now being garnished. This was all because David Gree did not do what was promised of him, he never contacted my 2nd mortgate, he said that he was under the imporession that he did not have too until the 1st one was modified.My mortgage company then sent me a modification program (outside of my 'lawyer', later on i found out that i not eligable for modification because the morgage value was higher then salary or somethign like that. I have been trying to get in touch with the law firm since February, David or his staff does not return phone calls or emails. Everytime i call he gets new folks to answer the call, then i was told that David Green no longer works for the firm. I will not leave this alone, i will take him to court and file a complaint with the board of attorney Don't use these guys, they are a fraud.
