February 4, 2022 my husband Gary and I went to Larry Roesch in Elmhurst, IL to get a key for our Chrysler Crossfire. We were told we had to pay for the key first, so we paid 518.40 for a FOB key. We were told the key should be available within 2 months. We started calling Roesch around the 3rd month and asked for the salesperson that assisted us to find out he's out on medical leave. Gary and I called every week to see if we could get an update. NOTHING! Finally we were referred to [protected]@fcagroup.com and was appointed a case manager (Jen) and was given a case #[protected]/ phone number: [protected] ext. 3026099. Well we've been calling Jen almost every week leaving messages trying to get an update. Finally, Jen returned our call and informed us the case was expedited to the highest level. That's nice. We explained to them we have the car sitting in the garage and the inside is falling apart and we need to get the garage fixed but we cannot move the car without the key. Just received an email from Jen informing us they (Stellantis) have no ETA for the key FOB. WE think 8 months is more than enough time to give us a key. We're only asking for what we paid for 8 months ago.

Desired outcome: Give us the key within a week.
