Lance Travel Trailers review: Complaint

We bought a 20 foot Lance travel trailer in 2017. The front window was hit by road debris on one of our trips in 2021. The outer window was cracked. It has taken six months at the local RV place to get it fixed because Lance has already stopped making the window. We finally had to go to a local glass maker to get some kind of window installed over the remaining glass. I think Lance would expect, if at all logical, to have the front window hit by road debris and cracked quite often since it has no metal protector. Why did they leave us consumers holding the bag with no window for this model being made anymore?
