Laird Flower review: replacement brush heads sb-417a

Received replacement brush heads some time ago from (Y D, Hanover Industrial Park, 31 Route 10W, Whippany, NJ 07981. I emailed you and advised that they did not fit my Spin Brush toothbrush. I asked what to do? No answer from you and then I received the brushes from Laird Flower Co. They don't fit my toothbrush either.
I received a charge of $29.66 to my Discover Card that was dated 5/8/19. I tried calling the number listed on the Discover bill and keep getting messages that the mail box is full.
I have no use for either of these shipments and I want to know what to do.
If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours I will call Discover Card and have them stop the payment.
