Lady Janes Haircut Place review: Haircut

Went to Lady Janes/Amherst NY for haircut. There was a 6 yr old boy ahead of me with 2 women cutting hair /they took the boy and 15 minutes later I was still waiting I signed in on computer/while looking at a large sign that said walk in, s no waiting. I was still waiting when a dog entered the back and began to bark loudly constantly, and with that I had enough. But even as I got up to leave and put my coat on which was near the girl's cutting no one said sir we can take you now I am mortified at that business seems like a party was happening
