Lacrosse Furniture review: crappy service

Purchased a sleeper sofa from Eagans furniture in Cameron Missouri they encouraged us to purchase Lacrosse because it was "made in america" it is a piece of ###. We have not had it two years and the fram is bent and has pulled away from the wood. We are senior citizens not party animals and no one has done anything to that sofa. When I phoned the furniture store they told me that they would have to charge me $35.00 to pick it up, and $36.00 per hour labor to repair this piece of ###. and then return it at another $35.00. When I contacted Lacrosse they told me that the frame would be warrantied but that they would not pay for pick up or delivery or labor. I told them my parents had a sleeper sofa for twenty years and five kids and it never fell apart. We paid $1229.00 for this and now its only good as a paper weight. NEVER buy from a company that touts how their stuff is made in USA and they stay behind it and yada yada.
