Kygunco review: Poor customer service

KY borders VA. I am in VA. Ordered a Magpul magazine June 23rd.

On July 1st VA new laws would go into effect preventing this order.
I think certainly they can easily get this to me in 7 days.

Item didn't show up and on July 3rd I checked the shipping number. They had FedeX ship my order to another of ---their--- location in KY. It arrived to them on July 1. Not sure when they were going to inform me of that had I not contacted them. On July 5 I informed them my order was not sent to me and asked for full refund.

On July 6th they apologized and would be happy to give a refund for a 10% fee.

I informed them that if I had to pay the fee then so be it because now it would be illegal for me to receive. A few days later I received a refund - 10%

My question to them... " Is it possible to get a full refund?"

The exact quote from the email they sent me.

"there would be a 10% cancellation/ restock fee taken from the refund."

The order was small $127.25 with a $100.18 refund.

$27.07 cancellation / restock fee.

I guess 10% is different in KY than it is in VA. Last time I checked 10% of the full $127.25 charge would be $12.73 -- I rounded up to favor them.

As others have said a "0" rating would be suitable.

Worst customer service I have ever had from any business I have ever dealt with and that is a lot at my age.
