We booked online and paid for breakfast as a family of 4- to be told on arrival we had paid for one person. There was no option or notice on the website to pay for more than 1 person- it read as if it was for 1 family. Why would we pay for 1 person to have breakfast? we paid at the reception for another person- more than we anticipated.
In addition- we had a broken safe and broken air conditioning. Neither was fixed during our stay. it was appallingly hot and no-one could care less. The staff were unhelpful.
We emailed at the time and since our return but you have now started to ignore email. and will not reply. why?
