Knafat, Muscat review: Refund not received

I ordered Knafat on April 1st, 2020 at 18:02, unfortunately the road was closed due to ministry rule. The restaurant requested to cancelled soon, then I do so but the refund wasn't credited to my bank account yet till today April 3rd, 2020. Mr. Toqa S. (staff from Talabat Customer Service Center) promised it'll take 1 day to refund it to my Oman Arab Bank Account but nothing. The next day on 3rd I contacted again the Customer Service Center name is Amir M. & promised will take 30 minutes to check. And the results is again nothing. What is the hard for you to refund the customer money, it makes you a bad reputation for talabat.
