On 12/22/2010i went into the manhattan store to purchase my layaway no one in the department when I arrived I pushed the bottom for help the young lady came ask me what did I need, I responded to take out my layaway, she ask me for my drivers license. Then she left to get my items she came back with this oversize box handling it over to me when I said to her you are to open it and check to see if all my items are in there. She rolled her eyes then drop the box on the floor she didn't not know if there was something breakable in the box or not them she began the take the items out and wanted to stuff then all in one medium size bag could not hold everything I said you cannot put all of those things into that one bag plus as she was doing this a security bar was on an item that she was about to place in the bag, her mannerism was still horrible she ask me how many bags did I need for there was a lot of things, that's when I ask for a manager to be called the area began to be fill with other customers, the manager did come along with some other person, I told him of what took place and that could take all these items to customer service and take my money to the mall, target, walmart, etc. He smiled as he was writing down something. When I arrived home there was still another security bar left on a item so I had to drive all the way back to the store to have it remove before I left to go out of town for christmas. This so unacceptable when your in business that need customers to come in and purchase your items and you cannot hire better people that this or train them to use excellent customer service it's not that we do not have the money to spend it's giving it to a business like yours that operate on the poorest level possible. This story was talked about and made known to others.
