Christopher Terry ripped me off for nearly $50k. I have to refinance my home and get a second job because everything has to be redone. I hired him to put drainage in my driveway, and replace a septic system. Instead, I ended up with a concrete slab in front of my garage that slopes into it, causing ice build up and water in my garage. I have an empty pit where the septic tank is supposed to be, and the leech field draining into it. This is an very dishonest man. I don't know how he sleeps at night.

Claimed loss: $100,000, since I have to completly start over.
Desired outcome: I want my money back. I have to start the whole project over. If I don't receive my money, the claimant I have will be three times the amount. I also have a detective on my case. If things are not made whole, he will be arrested.
