KKP Print and Design review: Core return credit

I purchased an air flow unit, in order to by this part I had to give a $100.00 deposit for the core return, i'm located in canada it didn't make sense for me to do this knowing the shipping cost would cost more than the core despot, I didn't have a choice, wasn't happy with that, I followed the instruction on the return and have all the proof of documents that the factory has received the core.

Its have been over a month and i've been getting the runaround on the credit.

This has given me a bad experience dealing with your company I was told to deal with rockauto, but I wanted to give your company the order.
