If your pool or spa needs work especially re plastering do not use this gentleman. He replaster my pool and it is now discolored, has hand prints, excessive calcium chloride by pool standards used in the plaster, trowell marks and a pool that looks worse then before he started. The job should have been done again but he would only acid wash which is a temporary solution and the plaster would be rough. He was inexperienced and not professional. I took him to small claims court and he was found guilty.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I live in Agoura Hills. I hired Kirk Olivas Pools to construct a brand new pool. He did a GREAT job! He handled everything from start to finish. Kirk’s design of the pool was amazing. He did it all; from digging the big hole, dealing with inspectors, working with me and third party contractors, he even managed to keep an eye out for my dog!
