Kings Creek Plantation Resort review: Wrongful and improper Termination

I was employed by the company on the beginning of the second week of May 2010. I was just terminated today 6/4/10 without a soild properbly cause. There was not a investagation launched. I was told by the head of Guest Relations Ms. Misty Baker that I was terminated on basically here say. I was also told that I was a racist and not resourceful for the company. Take in Mind I was not employeed there a full 30 Days nor was I cancelled for any wrongfully doings to lead up to a termination nor am I a RACIST! . I really felt a little uncomfortable while I was working there from my co workers. I have been in customer service since I was 16 yrs of age, with no complaints at all. Another thing that I felt a little uneasy about with this company, I asked the Security officer that worked on property was there going to be any hiring for security officers over the busy summer months, and he stated to me that Kings Creek Plantation Resort doesn't want him to hire Women as Security officer on property because women are not lieable. I felt very affended, because I am a certified Security officer as well as a Female. I feel that there is alot of wrongful doings at that resort and someone should investagate in the matter. Also, when I was hired on, some inappropiate comments was made about me from the head HR worker(Ms. Joann Hintz) to Misty Baker, Head of Guest Relations in which Misty Baker passed that bit of information to me as in gossip. I hope I can gain some resolution in This matter. Thanxs Rashonda Braxton
