I agreed to a timeshare transaction because of a vacation package that was tied to the timeshare purchase. I was totally lied to. I was told I would be able to book 199, 299, and 399 week long vacations anytime. Mostly at 299. I was not able to find out the details of the vacation package until after the 7 day cancellation period. I then found out these 299 week long vacations are only limited last minute specials. When I tried to cancel they refused to give my deposit back. I have since found out there is over 700 lawsuits that Kings Creek are in dispute over with timeshare owners and former owners of Kings Creek timeshares. There should be a lawyer group out there willing to take this corrupt group people with a class action lawsuit and put them out of business.

Has anyone filed a class action? My grandparents have been battling this for years. It appears a lot of people feel the way they do.
