Trying to get return authorization number for return of kinetic pro watch for refund but not getting anybody to help me shipped from fulfillment center po box 32017 lakeland fl 33802
Desired outcome: refund back on capital one card
Same with me. Called their number 5 times in the last 7 days, left messages, no call back or return email. Can't get a RA number if they don't make contact. Terrible Customer Service, if there even is a customer service.
