DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY... SCAMMERS...FRAUD. DONT DO IT!

Kim Wigs is a SCAM; they did not provide the wig I ordered. The wig was not 14 inches long, Wig was not as advertised. Kim Wigs lied about everything. Kim wigs refused to provide a return shipping label. I had to contact AMEX for a full refund.

DON'T DO IT! I spend $190 and never got my order. They are now giving me the run around. Please read the reviews people. I REALLY wish I had read the reviews first.

I spent 253.00 dollars on a wig I never received. I complained via email at least 10 times. They would send one email a day saying will you accept a 50% refund, I'd say no...then it would go down to 10%. I refused and requested a full refund since item was never received and they just ignored me after that. I highly recommend avoiding these guys at all costs. There are hundreds of reputable online USA stationed wig stores. Don't bother with scammers out of the country. I will continue to post negative reviews until I'm refunded in full.

Under no circumstances should you order from this company. All of the above comments are absolutely true. Iam attaching photos of what I ordered and what I got. The cut certainly isn't right, the color is totally wrong. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Bad experience. Do yourself a favor and stay away from KimWigs. I unfortunately did not check them out prior to ordering a wig. I thought I would get a nice European workmanship from London.

Was I surprised. What I got was a hot mess. Terrible style, and flaming red color (I ordered an auburn)

They dont tell you that it has to be returned to China, pay at least $50 plus customs. What a scam!

I negotiated with them for a while, but got nowhere. Told them that it is NOT what I ordered and will not pay all that money to send it back to a dishonest company.

They kept sending me E-mails requesting the wig.

I will give it to someone before Halloween who wants to be a Raggedy Andy, and don't mind looking weird.

Absolutely a scam. Based in China and are predatory company. They take money from vulnerable people and then send inferior products. Try to return? Good luck because the insist you pay $50 plus customs and duty taxes. Stay away and buyer beware. I donated my wig to a cancer society but honestly not sure who will wear it. It is the quality of a costume store and so small it mwy fit a child. Disgraceful is the only eord for this company

Clawigs,Minewig, Needwig, Kimwig, Shopwig..Why didn't I do my homework before I paid $175 for an inferior wig? Thank you for all your comments and hopefully it will save someone else from falling for this scam company operating under different names, and posting Online beautiful pictures of wigs they will never provide. My wig was from Clawigs. I, too, waited a very long time for delivery and was appalled at the wig I received. Wiry, coarse texture, so thin in the back that the weft showed through, and the SMELL! I couldn't even put the thing on my head. The style, or Non-style, was nothing like the picture,either...a messy mess of steel wool. Of course, they were apologetic, the poor person in service offered a partial refund, whatever that may be, but also used the excuse that shipping charges would be exorbitant to return it. They suggested I keep it, and of course, even if I do get a partial refund, they still make their profits because they paid $2.00 to have this wig made. I will say that the color was lovely, but it is a throwaway. So, BEWARE! do not trust these companies!

They sent an incorrect product, cut and color, then play a run around game:
This was their response; "As the shooting light, angle and color displays, the actual products and photos maybe different, this is not quality issues.
Chromatic aberration problem is inevitable. just beg your understanding, but the wig is not bad, right ? you can try it first,
if you want to return, we will accept it, but our after sale department in China, you should pay for the shipping fee, it wil be high"
Yes it is a scam. My package displayed a California address. China has a shipping contract with the US that makes it cheap for them, and outrageously expensive for us.

Avoid KimWigs at all costs.

I was so fooled by their UK address and did not think to research before I purchased. They sent me two wigs that were totally different than the pictures and have a strong chemical smell. When I asked to return, they threatened that I have to pay a shipping fee to China and the products often got lost. The website did not state the return address is a China address.

This company is a fraud and trying to scam you. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered a wig in platinum blonde rooted colour. The sent me a different cheap wig in
a ginger colour. Now they want me to pay the £33.00 postage to return it.
They present themselves as being in the U.K. but they are in China. I would not have purchased anything
from them if I had known this.

With companies like these (out of China), do your homework first~
Save a picture of the ordered wig to your phone, several pics in fact~
Pay with a credit card, ALWAYS! This way you have some recourse with your bank~
Open a "fraud" inquiry with your credit card company and if needed, send them the pictures~
I did all of the above when Wigsbuy sent me two totally different wigs and Chase credited my total bill when Wigsbuy took too long to respond~

Disappointed is an understatement based on my experience. When they sent me the wrong wig, I had a similar problem to the above customer. Eventually, after much argument, they sent me a return address, so I posted the wig at my own expense (although it was totally their fault) only to find that because they would not co-operate with the courier with regard to a customs declaration, the wig could not be delivered. So no wig, no refund and a cost of over a third of the original price to ship back to China. I do not believe that they ever had any intention of refunding my money and I was fooled by their uk e-mail address into thinking this was a British company. If I had only seen this site before, I would never have place an order with these crooks.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Kimwigs, I ordered a blonde shag wig and when the order arrived it was not the wig I ordered and not the color that I ordered. They offered to let me keep the wig and sell me another for 1/3 price. LOL Why would I send them more money and trust them to send me the correct order. LOL
When I contacted Kimwigs support service and complaint about what happened they never offered a fair way to resolve this problem saying that I would be responsible for shipping and I would need to pay more than 50, 00 to ship and that items frequently get lost in the mail, warning me that they may not receive the wig so I would get no refund.
I will not buy from this store ever again and of course I would never recommend it to anyone. They simply don't stand by their customers and take responsibility for their errors.
