Heavy Metal Library Unlocks was a Kickstarter project that got itself into trouble , due probably to amateur incompetence. They then ceased communicating with backers who had sent lots of money. Kickstarter colluded by hosting them on a site that does not handle complaints (see complaintsboard.com). Heavy Metal overcharged on shipping fees, reducing mine by a third when requested, but then ceased communicating. Do not engage with either of these organisations.

Claimed loss: £350.00

Desired outcome: I just want the promised goods, or at least a tracking code to prove they did actually exist
