Key Jew review: Customer service

My mother and I were shopping and making purchases in your Key Jewelers Airport Center store in Allentown, Pa. store # 1132 and during that time I asked for my 100th year old mother who walks with a cane to use the bathroom and was denied. I was told to go to Menchi's store and use their bathroom. I am really appalled that a store would do that, especially to an 100 year old woman. This would be a eye opener to the public! I will definitely let people know how the elderly are treated by Kay Jewelers.
