Kentucky Fried Chicken [KFC]service

July 9, 2019, 7:00 pm. On hold waiting for someone to take my order for over 15 minutes and this isn't the first time. Customer service is horrible like they take lessons in rudeness. Can hear pots and pans clanging in the background, guess they're washing them instead of waiting on me. When phone finally gets picked up again I am told they're not supposed to take orders over the phone and that they were busy. I placed my order and drove over, about 5 minutes away. I get there and there are NO customers there at all. So much for being busy. Unfortunately its the only KFC in town. I am seeing other posts regarding poor customer service. So corporate, do you actively seek rude, excuse making personnel or do you just not care. Resolution I would like to see would be personnel do their job in an efficient and professional manner.
