This is how Kelly broke our contract: I hired Kelly to develop a full business plan to market to the affluent and I got a plan that included internet marketing. I had already taken the class how to do internet marketing and how to package your high end programs. I hired Kelly to devise a plan that took what I learned and market it to the affluent. In the proposal it says the plan will be delivered in 3-4 weeks in one spot.. they didn’t point out to me that it would be delivered after 3 months. Kelly called me three times when she was trying to sell me, then after the strategy session, I didn’t hear from her for months. It was difficult at that point to even get an email from her. The contract clearly states that there will be resources and strategies. The only resources that are in the plan are ones that I gave them… not companies that target affluent engaged couples… she said that if I wanted that, it would cost me $150, 000 The contract states that Uplevel will provide a roadmap with in my budget and expertise (I don’t know how to build websites, write press releases or do a teleseminar..all included in Kelly’s plan and all the resources she provided charged over $3000) When I was unhappy with the strategy session because I felt that Kelly was totally unprepared, she told me that I had anxiety. She tricked me into doing a video testimonial for her saying that I would get exposure if I did. When I told her that $10, 000 was way out of my budget, she promised that she would include what she called a “cash infusion plan” so that I could make money to pay her. I never got ANY cash infusion plan and still have no idea what she meant by that. At the commencement of our working together, I clearly stated to Kelly that I need open communication in order to work with her. She never once really listened to me and did nothing but patronize and disrespect me by cutting me off and not answering my questions. She was extremely short with me and responded to my concerns by arguing with me and telling me I had anxiety and was spinning out of control. She promised me that she would introduce me to important joint venture partners and never did. She sold me by saying that the people who pay her $10, 000 pay her that so she can “do it for them” I specifically asked her if that meant that she was going to make my plan detailed and specific to marketing to the affluent and she said “yes” She would include the general sweeping trends of my affluent market would be. Bottom line, I did not get what Kelly’s marketing, advertising and contract stated and I got no value from her what so ever. AND.. on top of that she made empty promises and did nothing but insult me when I raised concern! WITH OUT QUESTION, THE WORST MONEY I'VE SPENT IN ALL MY YEARS AS AN ENTREPRENUER! In addition, when I tried to stand up for myself, Kelly proceded to tell people that I am mentally ill and that I threatened her and her family... She even tried to file a false restraining order against me.. and after I found out that she is known for filing false restrainig orders, she dropped it! She is a bully and a liar and must be stopped!
Kelly has started yet another company in order to get away from all the claims against her with her previous company. Her new "business" venture is Innovate Global Management/Innovate Brand Agency. She is scamming people into believing that she has numerous clients with multi million dollar companies but in reality she is working with one exterior company that makes zero revenue and the rest are personal companies she has created in order to evade taxes. She makes clients believe that she has this amazing team behind her but she just constantly hires/rehires on Upwork in order to pay as little as possible .

We’d like to respond to your accusations as well as the comments from other “clients”.
Kelly is someone who takes constructive feedback to heart and it is a vitally important part of running a business. She especially consistently and proactively requests feedback from her valued team and her clients – many of whom have worked with her for years. Kelly has provided services to thousands of very grateful and happy clients over the last 20+ years in business who sing her praises from the rooftops.
We’ve had a service guarantee in our organization for YEARS and if we ever do make an error (we are human), Kelly and our team will go well above and beyond to address it and make it right for our clients. It’s part of our culture.
While Kelly has a huge heart and is extremely generous, she is also definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. She is highly strategic. Doesn’t sugar coat anything. Has a very low tolerance for drama and BS. And has a commitment to integrity and excellence that many are not used to being held accountable to. And if they don’t align with that standard, she will let them know.
The challenge with the internet today, is anyone can write anything – true or not – and hide behind false profiles. If you actually click on every profile, it appears they were created with the intention of defaming Ms. O’Neil.
Disgruntled team member that was fired for non-performance? Possibly. Stalker or friend of the stalker? Possibly. Client or friend of a client who was removed from our community for poor behavior or breach of integrity? Possibly.
Actual person who worked with us. Highly unlikely. Too many errors and salacious accusations that don’t align with the reality of our companies.
Case in point – we’ve never hired or worked in a client relationship with anyone named Siamere Hood, nor Courtney Miller Sikes. The posts are filled with inaccurate information that is easily verified by simply reviewing our website.
For example:
Our ideal client profile are 7+ figure thought leaders and service businesses looking to work with affluent clientele across lots of industries (concierge medical practices, holistic health practitioners, agencies, high-end consultants, professional service providers etc.).
We do not target or serve new entrepreneurs (we refer them to partners) and refer out newer coaching and healing businesses to other people as well. (Although we do serve a few 7+ thought leaders in that space – some of whom have been clients for 5+ years.) Kelly’s strategy methods are far too advanced for new business owners.
If you actually dig into the person who started this thread – you’d find that she was a former client turned stalker who filed a case against Ms. O’Neil and lost in approximately 4 minutes with the judge telling her she had no case and that she needed to immediately stop harassing Ms. O’Neil and defaming her online or she would be sanctioned by the court. Typically, well-adjusted humans don’t invest 5 years of their lives stalking and harassing people. That situation ended when the FBI got involved.
Unfortunately, when you serve at the level we do, you are bound to come across a few people who operate at this level.

Kelly O'Neil is an outright fraud. She has very little business acumen, her "strategies" are very basic marketing practices that even moderately experienced business people are already familiar with, and she has nothing to offer that's new or innovative. And yet she charges a premium for consulting, mostly to newbie entrepreneurs. After my first session with her I saw right through her [censored]. Please don't give this woman any money, she is a bigger con than Donald Trump.
Agreed! Kelly's programs are way off track from what she promises. She prays on healers as she is in great need of deep healing herself. I have compassion for where Kelly is at in her process but she really needs to stop and focus on her own healing and stop thinking she can heal people or help healers thrive in their business. She ends up creating big messes in the lives of the people our world is currently needing the most. So sad!

Just wanted to add that she moved to Las Vegas (presumably so she doesn't have to pay income tax) and goes by Kelly K. VERY scary! She's a motivated entrepreneurs WORST nightmare! BEWARE!
I have to update my review of this woman because SO many people continue to contact me about the fact that Kelly O'Neil is still scamming people... many people have filed bankruptcy and even lost their house because of Kellys scams...
I'm also hearing that when she sells potential new clients, she tells them about
"the crazy woman Cory" that is complaining about her online... THIS is how she's getting people to ignore what I (and others) have written about their experience with her... PLEASE believe that Kelly WILL rip you off ..and that I am NOT crazy in any way... Just someone just like you that is a passionate entrepreneur that wanted to believe that Kelly wanted to help.. but in actuality, she preys on people like us.. and its REALLY sad and scary that someone can get away with this type if this in this day and age ..so anyway, STEER CLEAR of this person...
