Daniel Nash, a realtor of KellerWilliams (# 598695 (MD) trespassed on my property despite three “no trespassing” signs in order to access property described as Baltimore County tax parcel #[protected] on October 26 and perhaps other times in order to show this parcel. There is a listing (https://danielnash.kw.com/property/LST-6988589999248068608-7) on the Keller-Williams site that is full of misinformation.

Let me list a few of the more egregious errors and omissions in that posting here, as well as the correct information and comments about the misinformation.

• The location: Note that in the on-line listing on the Keller-Williams site, there is no address listed but the property is referred to as "Oella Avenue, Catonsville 21228." First, the locality is wrong; the proper locale should be either Oella or Ellicott City, and the postal code is 21043, not 21228. There is also no street address because this is not a buildable lot. This misinformation makes it difficult for overseers to find the listing, makes it difficult for people in the neighborhood to monitor the sale and perhaps limits the potential buyers to those that Daniel Nash selects.

• Access: There is no ingress/egress easement to this property. I own the ingress, egress and the driveway that leads to this lot and Daniel Nash is trespassing past my “No Trespassing” signs every time he accesses the property. The on-line KellerWilliams advertisement aerial photo has falsely and inaccurately labeled my private driveway as "Race Road," which implies to viewers that there is a public road with access to that back lot. To state there is ingress/egress to the back lot constitutes fraud and trespassing on my property is illegal.

• Utilities: There is no public water and sewer for this back lot #[protected]. I own the utilities hook-up for 522 Oella Avenue, the.538 acre parcel of land that abuts to Oella Ave.

• Taxes: The 2022 property taxes are listed, but there is no mention of the $164,000 in back taxes and fines imposed by Baltimore County for, among other things, demolition of the illegal structure on this parcel.

• Development: The back lot (parcel #[protected]) has no access to the road and cannot be developed because it is landlocked. To attempt to sell parcel #[protected] as a develop-able piece of property constitutes fraud.

Country of complaint: United States

Website: kw.com

Desired outcome: •Remove the listing.•Institute disciplinary action against KellerWilliams/Daniel Nash for misrepresentation•A written apology from KellerWilliams
