Keilondon Kollection's review: Purchase of wig, wig installation, & make-up

On Thursday, July 14th, 2022, I paid for Keilondon Kollection's services (purchase of a wig, wig installation, and make-up) on behalf of my business, Surpassing All Standards, LLC., in the sum total of $570.00 dollars via Zelle. Keilondon Kollection confirmed the appointment time and date via Instagram direct messages for Thursday, July 21st, 2022 at 4:30 pm and Friday, July 22nd, 2022 at 9:00 am.

A week later, the day of the scheduled appointment, Thursday, July 21st, 2022, Keilondon Kollection reached out to me via Instagram direct message and requested a change in the time off the hair appointment at 4:00 pm to 6:30pm due to her son's birthday party. In agreeance to the changed appointment time, I head over to the appointment.

After arriving to Keilondon Kollection place of work at 200 Bennet Street NW Suite 37 Atlanta, GA 30309 and waiting an hour, she never appeared. After several attempts to contact the owner via direct messages on Instagram, text messages and phone calls at [protected], the owner never responded or reached out.

The very next day, Friday, July 22nd, 2022, I contacted Keilondon Kollection via Instagram direct messages and text messages and phone calls at [protected]. An hour later, Keilondon Kollection finally responds and communicates that she is having issues sending the funds over via Zelle. Two hours later, after not receiving an update or the owed funds, I reached to Keilondon Kollection once again via text message at [protected] for the status of the refund, and she then replies that "she is still getting things handled, and if all fails, that she will meet me with the cash". In agreeance to meet up at the Publix on Cascade road 7:00pm, once again she never showed up. After several attempts to contact the owner via direct messages on Instagram, text messages and phone calls at [protected], the owner never responded or reached out.
