Kaws review: Order from Jan 10 has still not arrived!!

I have ordered a pair of slides on Jan 10 and despite email and after email I have received no communication and no order! Their customer service department does not respond.

The company is called Kaws. It is an American company. They took my payment, sent through an order confirmation email and that is it SINCE JAN 10, 2024. It is now April 20! Completely unacceptable

Please help
