Kalo Kreations Hawai'i review: Unathorized fees and charges 5yrs after closing acct.

Well I guess I am in good company! I too have had unauthorized charges to my account. When inquiry was done, was told it was for service contract fees that were found in an audit that were never charged and these were retr0-active charges. Which is total BS. My contract was a local MService dealer Retriever CC and Check services here in Hawaii, with a Dean. Well I called Eagle after many attempts and finally after a long hold period. Talked to the most uncooperative woman that I have ever delt with. She made it sound like it was my fault and I should, of course, read my contract. I told her that's been closed since 2007 and she said that the fees, ironically were for those dates from 1998 to 2007. I am now concerned how many more charges they may have taken besides this most recent one. I am going to put a stop payment for any charges to my account from Golden Eagle Leasing and contacting the credit bureaus ie. Experian, Trans-union and Equifax. I think it important that as an artisan/small business owner we don't get taken by these giant greedy credit service co. I will also be checking with our Hawaii ATT. Gen office to see what can be done. We as merchants should unite and file a Clash action against these losers!
