Paid £5000 for a Nissan Serena Hybrid, 2014 65000km but was sent another similar unit 2013 with 153400km with not the same specifications and without my consent. And already with issue of AC blower not working and the unit was so dirty on top. I have made complaints with Japanesecartrade.com also and it is now 6 months and nothing is done. JuttbrothersColtd are not replying to my messages.
I have all the contacts with them and tried to call as well but no one reply to them. Dirty unit, all nearly damaged tyres and no TV monitor as requested.
Desired outcome: I,d appreciate the promised compensation as the unit is worth £1500 less of £5000 (include freight) which was due 5-6months ago or a new unit all paid for and then to pay them once sold the old unit after new unit arrived.
