J&T Lanao Del Sur Branches review: Rider and delivery method

I am complaining because I pay for shipping fee online for door-to-door yet we have to self claim. I understand back then because it was only a few branches but now there are so many branches around and yet lanao del sur j&t delivering method is still self claim. There's already landmark and also gps is accessible in our provinces and city. It's so annoying to see rider being annoyed by us for picking up our parcel without apparent reason. Like I should be the one complaining cause I pay online shipping fee then I got to pay for my fare to pick up my parcel that should be door to door.
