A parcel was delivered to me Dated Feb. 10, 2023 thru j&t courier. My parcel was under the COD payment, upon receiving I paid the amount of the parcel. Upon opening the parcel I was totally shocked and disappointed since it is not the one that ID order. I tried to contact/chat the seller but I cannot type message anymore since the seller was tagged as banned/deleted by Shopee. To my surprise also, though the parcel was delivered already, the status in the Shopee apps are still under shipping. And the return/refund box are not appearing.
Desired outcome: Please help me refund my payment. I can return said delivered parcel if needed.
I also received the gummies and Xfactor nitric oxide which I certainly don't remember ordering...I decided I would try the Gummies anyway, but within a few minutes my heart started to really pound fast...doing a little research I read that you can't take them if you're on blood thinners,,,so guess I'm also stuck...seems that one of the pages that sell these things are no longer in business...I don't have an address to return them as I threw the packing in the garbage...hope you have some suggestions...but folks please be aware, DO NOT take these if you have heart problems...Live & Learn
